Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually any address in the world, except certain international destinations which are banned by US export regulations. 11" X 17" diagrams ship flat in a rigid cardboard mailer. 18" X 24" ship in a 20" long tube. If you order both sizes together they will come in a tube.

Shipping rates are weight & quantity based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. We ship via the US Postal Service, First Class or Priority Mail in the US, and First Class International to Canada and the rest of the world . We have found this to be the most economical mode of transport.

However, 1st Class & Priority Mail do not have GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATES. Generally USPS is pretty good in getting mail where it needs to go in a reasonable amount of time. On occasion they drop the ball and delivery dates get pushed out. If you need expedited shipping (Guaranteed overnight or two day service) please call (888)606-5319 and we will get you a rate quote. Not all areas have overnight shipping available, but we will try our best to accommodate you. We will arrange for a shipment with a guaranteed date using Express Mail, UPS or Fedex if possible. These services can be expensive but if you absolutely positively have to have it in a day or two this is your best option. Please don't rely on a non guaranteed service if you are pressed for time.

US Mail rates just went up on 1/22/18. Unfortunately for our International customers airmail postage has gone up substantially in the past two years.

All orders over $100 (not including taxes or postage) ship for free. 

We ship Monday through Friday except holidays when there is no mail service. In most cases, orders received by 12 Noon EST will ship same day.

Returns Policy

You may return diagrams within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
