Shipping

Orders generally need to be placed by 12 Noon EST in order to ship the same day (Monday - Friday)

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, except certain international destinations which are banned by US export regulations.

  • 11" X 17" diagrams ship flat in a rigid cardboard mailer.
  • 18" X 24" ship rolled up in a 20" long triangular shaped box.
  • If you order both sizes together they will come in the triangle box.

We primarily ship via the US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail or UPS in the US, and First Class International to Canada and the rest of the world . We have found these to be the most economical modes of transport.

Please note: 1st Class & Priority Mail do not have GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATES. Generally USPS is pretty good in getting mail where it needs to go in a reasonable amount of time. On occasion they drop the ball and delivery dates get pushed out.

  • If you need expedited shipping (Guaranteed overnight or two day service) you can select it in the cart with estimates for USPS Priority Mail Express OR UPS Air (Overnight or Second Day) Not all areas have overnight shipping available, but we will try our best to accommodate you. These services can be quite expensive but if you absolutely positively have to have it in a day or two this is your best option. Please don't rely on a non guaranteed service if you are pressed for time. If you're stuck, please call (888)606-5319 and we will see if we can figure something out.

Please note: The US Postal Service implemented a massive rate increase on 1/27/19. This is the largest percentage increase we have seen in 15+ years. In addition, they have transitioned to a Zone system which means that it is more costly for postage based on how far you are from us. Unfortunately for our International customers airmail postage has also gone up substantially in the past two years. In all cases, the shopping cart will give you the accurate rates for US Mail and UPS.

Return Policy

You may return diagrams within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price (we don't charge re-stocking fees). We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back if it is not our error unless different arrangements have been made before hand.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
